These products must be able to function reliably while withstanding various rain intensities. Rain Test Chamber is generally used to conduct whole body testing of assembled vehicles under different rain test procedures to study and estimate their structural degradations and destructions induced by rain or water.The twin shower area, with capacities of 1.1 million liters and 0.35 million liters, is housed within a dedicated shed. It features an interconnected array of pipes forming designated zones to ensure uniform water spraying in compliance with the JSS 55555 test standard. Water is propelled through the nozzles at a flow rate of up to 288 cubic meters per hour. The test chamber’s water collection system includes a centrally placed grating with a sufficient slope, efficiently gathering the sprayed water during operation and recirculating it back to the reservoir for a closed-loop circulation process.
